The Dylite Duffel
Abolishing Bin Bags for Children in Care. Forever.
No child should carry their life in a bin bag. Yet across the UK, children in care still face this indignity when moving placements. We're changing that, one duffel bag at a time.

The Problem
Bin Bags Are Not Luggage
When a child in care moves placement, and many do, multiple times, they need something to carry their belongings. Too often, that something is a bin bag.
Think about what that says to a child. Your belongings, your clothes, your toys, your memories, are treated like rubbish. This isn't just impractical. It's an indignity that no child should experience.
"I remember being given a bin bag for my stuff when I moved homes. I was 11. I thought: is this what I'm worth? A bag of rubbish?"
